London: These days we keep hearing that meat should not be eaten and consumed only on vegetables, pulses and fruits. This thinking is becoming a worldwide movement, but experts in recent research have warned that relying solely on "vegetarian diets" (veggie terrain) does not result in any good for mental health. This research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Emma Derby Shire, a senior researcher on the British Institute of Nutritional Institute, whose details have been published in the latest issue of Research Journal "BMJ Nutrition, Prevention and Health". This study has shown that an important nutrient in the vegetarian diet is the amount of "choline" very low. Although our liver also produces choline, its volume is much less than our physical needs. This reduction can only be accomplished if the diet includes vegetables, pulses and fruits, as well as the appropriate amount of meat. Speaking of Pakistani, proper diet of big and small meat, as well as poultry, fish, eggs, milk and yogurt should be included in our diet. Keep in mind that this does not mean eating meat every day, but it does mean that, along with a vegetarian diet, two to three times a week, a meat diet should be balanced. ۔ Choline is of particular importance in brain development, especially when the baby is developing in the uterus. In addition to eliminating liver weakness and eliminating grease in the blood, choline also fights against free radicals that destroy our bodily cells and cause many ailments. The short story is that vegetables as well as meat are essential for better physical and mental health
